Compliance Officer
You will be joining a international bank as a Compliance Officer within a dynamic and growing team with a strong focus on development and progression.

About the role:
Responsibilities include:
- Advise the business on regulatory and compliance risks across products, clients, and change initiatives.
- Ensure regulatory reporting and ongoing compliance with obligations to ASIC, ASX, and AUSTRAC.
- Maintain and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Perform monitoring, control testing, and market surveillance across trading activities.
- Investigate and escalate breaches or suspicious activity.
- Manage AML/CTF risk in client onboarding and ongoing reviews.
About the you:
You are:
- 3+ years’ experience in financial services compliance or a regulatory environment
- Relevant degree (business, finance, law, or economics)
- Strong technical skills, including Excel
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
