You will be joining a superannuation business as a Compliance Manager within the investments team with a strong focus on development and progression.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide regulatory and governance support to Investments
- Lead regulatory change and risk management initiatives
- Maintain and improve investment governance and policy frameworks
- Oversee compliance and disclosures
- Act as a key liaison across teams
- Drive risk and governance best practices
About the you:
You are:
- 5–10 years’ experience in financial services
- Strong regulatory, risk, and investment governance expertise
- Experience in financial markets and investment processes
- Proven project/change management skills
- Ability to build frameworks, controls, and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
