Vice President - Project Finance

The role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of project finance transactions across infrastructure, energy and renewables, while also supporting senior relationship managers on new transactions and broader business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Project Finance transactions across infrastructure, energy, renewables and other structured finance sectors.
• Take ownership of ongoing portfolio management, including:
• Periodic reviews and portfolio monitoring
• Financial analysis and financial modelling
• Stress testing and scenario analysis
• Covenant monitoring
• Waivers, variations and amendments
• Support the assessment and execution of new Project Finance transactions, including financial analysis, transaction structuring and internal approvals.
• Work closely with relationship managers throughout the transaction life cycle, from initial assessment through to financial close and ongoing management.
• Attend meetings with clients, advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify emerging risks or issues.
• Manage ongoing KYC/AML requirements across assigned accounts.
• Work closely with internal risk, legal, credit and operations teams.
• Complete internal reporting and portfolio monitoring requirements.
• Support broader structured finance transactions where required.

About You

• Experience in Project Finance, Structured Finance or Institutional Banking.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling capability.
• Experience managing and monitoring a portfolio of complex transactions.
• Strong understanding of Project Finance structures, documentation and risk.
• Exposure to infrastructure, energy and/or renewables is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
