Senior Business Development Manager - HNW & Adviser Channel

Robert Walters has partnered with a highly regarded boutique investment manager seeking a senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across the HNW, family office and adviser market. This is a rare opportunity to join an established platform with a strong investment track record, quality product suite and genuine appetite to grow. You will be given the autonomy to build strategic relationships, win new mandates and deepen existing networks across key wealth channels.

The role will suit a proven performer with strong relationships across private wealth, financial advisers, dealer groups, family offices and sophisticated investors.

Key focus areas:

• Grow funds under management through new client acquisition
• Build and execute a targeted distribution strategy
• Manage and expand adviser and HNW relationships
• Represent a respected investment offering to market
• Work closely with senior leadership on growth initiatives

Ideal background:

• 10 + years experience as a strong BDM / distribution experience within funds management, wealth or alternatives
• Existing network across advisers, private wealth and HNW investors
• Commercial, polished and self-driven
• Strong ability to convert relationships into inflows
