Investment Account Manager | 6-Month Contract

6-Month Contract (Maternity Leave Cover) | $70 p/hour

A highly regarded investment management business is seeking an experienced Investment Account Manager to join the team on a 6-month maternity leave contract. Looking to start 1 June 2026

Sitting within a high-performing distribution and relationship management function, this role will work closely with institutional clients, platform partners and internal investment teams across on boarding, reporting, account management and ongoing servicing activities.

This opportunity will suit someone coming from funds management, asset management or wealth management who enjoys being client-facing.

The Role

• Manage relationships across institutional, platform and pooled fund clients
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs
• Support onboarding, account maintenance and client documentation processes
• Coordinate client reviews, due diligence requests and RFP support
• Work closely with investment, operations, legal and compliance teams
• Manage client queries, reporting requirements and cash flow coordination
• Deliver a high-quality end-to-end account management experience

About You

• 3-6+ years’ experience within funds management or financial services
• Experience across account management, operations, investment support or relationship management
• Strong understanding of platforms, mandates, unit trusts or institutional clients
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Advanced Excel skills highly regarded
