Associate Director
As an Associate Director in Investment Services, you will be at the heart of transformative projects across seven priority sectors, including resources, renewables, medical science, and more. This position offers you the chance to work on high-value deals, collaborate with expert teams across finance, legal, risk, and investments, and build influential networks spanning government and private industry.
- Act as the primary contact for all debt and equity deals within Investment Services, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external market participants throughout each transaction’s lifecycle.
- Establish and nurture key relationships with stakeholders across Investments, Legal, Risk, Finance teams as well as third-party providers to ensure operational processes are followed meticulously.
- Coordinate deal documentation and term sheets by planning timetables that align with operational requirements while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards.
- Manage workloads effectively to guarantee that all deal milestones, deliverables, and timetables are consistently met without compromising quality or compliance.
- Liaise closely with agents and finance parties during the full term of each deal to facilitate smooth execution of agreements and ongoing lifecycle management.
- Monitor utilisation requests and settlement payments by seeking necessary approvals and submitting accurate documentation for drawdowns or repayments.
- Perform principal and interest calculations regularly; maintain reconciliations; report on portfolio transactions; and ensure accuracy in cash flow forecasting models.
- Oversee covenant monitoring through diligent collection, analysis, coordination, and distribution of financial data to relevant teams for informed decision-making.
- Coordinate waivers, amendments, accession documents, lender consents across multiple teams as required to support evolving transaction needs.
- Document processes and procedures thoroughly while participating actively in audits or special projects aimed at enhancing operational excellence.

- Strong analytical skills enable you to translate complex data into actionable insights for both investment teams and broader stakeholders.
- Proficiency using investment management software ensures efficient handling of transaction records and portfolio analytics.
- A solid grasp of accounting principles, financial markets dynamics, and relevant accounting standards underpins your ability to manage intricate deal structures effectively.
- Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders highlights your interpersonal skills and ability to foster collaborative relationships across departments.
