Associate - Private Equity

We’re partnering with a high-growth investment platform operating across private markets, climate, and strategic infrastructure themes, seeking an Associate to join the Sydney team.

This is a broad, commercially focused role suited to candidates from Investment Banking, top-tier Consulting, Private Equity, or principal investing environments who are looking to make the move into the buy-side and step into a more entrepreneurial investment platform.

The role will work closely with senior leadership across investment analysis, transaction execution, strategic projects, portfolio support, and investor-related initiatives. Strong exposure across both commercial and investment decision-making.

Ideal background:

• Investment Banking (M&A, infra, industrials, renewables, TMT or generalist teams)
• Top-tier strategy consulting backgrounds (Bain, McKinsey, BCG etc.)
• Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis capability
• High academic performance and strong communication skills
• Interest in private markets, real assets, sustainability, infrastructure, or growth investing themes
