Relationship Manager - Property Development

This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated property finance deals ranging from $2M to $20M+ collaborating with established lender networks and contributing to ambitious growth plans. As a key client contact, you will be instrumental in structuring, negotiating, and executing end-to-end property finance transactions while managing multiple live deals. This role is a permanent full time position based in the Brisbane CBD.

The ideal Relationship Manager brings extensive experience in managing complex property finance transactions alongside advanced technical knowledge of structuring loans and pricing strategies. Your expertise in feasibility modelling allows you to develop robust cashflow forecasts while your familiarity with different lending environments ensures seamless navigation of intricate deal environments.

What you'll do:

• Develop detailed feasibility models, cashflow forecasts and funding strategies tailored to each unique property transaction.
• Prepare comprehensive lender credit submissions, client proposals, and investment memorandums that exceed expectations and drive successful outcomes.
• Manage applications across land acquisition, construction financing, senior debt and mezzanine debt by coordinating all necessary documentation and processes.
• Manage day to day client engagements and account management.

What you'll bring:

• Exposure to capital modelling and capital structures
• Experience in feasibility modelling and funding structure
• Proven experience in property/development funding deals
• High degree of autonomy and ability to lead transactions independently
• 3+ Years in banking or private credit real estate
