Member Services Consultant

$55 + super per hour | 10-Week Contract | Immediate Start We are partnering with a leading superannuation organisation to recruit Multiple Member Services Consultants for an exciting project commencing 29th of June.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced customer service professionals with a background in superannuation, banking, insurance, or financial services to join a high-performing team and support members through a period of growth.

What's on Offer?

• 10-week temporary contract (opportunity to extend)
• $55 per hour + super
• Full-time hours
• Rotating shifts between 8:00am – 6:00pm
• 5 days per week on-site to start with
• Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound member enquiries via phone
• Providing accurate information on superannuation products and services
• Assisting members with account enquiries, contributions, insurance, and general superannuation matters
• Delivering exceptional customer service and member outcomes
• Maintaining accurate records and administration processes

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience within Superannuation (highly regarded)
• Alternatively, experience within Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Wealth Management
• Strong call centre or contact centre experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to learn quickly and navigate multiple systems
