Claims Support
We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on a short term temporary assignment, starting ASAP. This role is working with a leading Superannuation business within a specialist insurance team supporting members through insurance processes during important and often sensitive times.
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing insurance applications (Death, TPD & Income Protection)
- Managing exceptions and handling cases that require manual review
- Producing member correspondence and updates
- Following up with insurers and monitoring outstanding applications
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Assisting with documentation for claims, complaints, and escalations
What we’re looking for:
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- A team player with a proactive attitude
- Experience in insurance, superannuation, or financial services
