What you'll do:
As a Student Recruitment Officer based in Melbourne, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners from initial contact through successful enrolment.
- Nurture leads by providing accurate information and empathetic support to prospective learners throughout their decision-making process.
- Manage all CRM activities with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring 100% accuracy in recording addresses, names, positions, phone numbers, emails, notes, and learner interactions across phone, SMS, and email correspondence.
- Maintain consistent call cadence cycles for assigned leads using Zoho CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and relationship-building.
What you bring:
To excel as a Student Recruitment Officer in Melbourne you will bring proven experience from previous sales roles where relationship-building was central.
- Demonstrated experience in sales roles within education or related sectors where nurturing relationships was key to success.
