What you'll do:

As a Student Recruitment Officer based in Melbourne, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners from initial contact through successful enrolment.

• Nurture leads by providing accurate information and empathetic support to prospective learners throughout their decision-making process.
• Manage all CRM activities with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring 100% accuracy in recording addresses, names, positions, phone numbers, emails, notes, and learner interactions across phone, SMS, and email correspondence.
• Maintain consistent call cadence cycles for assigned leads using Zoho CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and relationship-building.
