Product Development Coordinator

What you'll do:
As a Product Development Coordinator, you will immerse yourself in every aspect of bringing exceptional lifestyle products to market. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating closely with internal teams as well as external partners such as licensees and retailers across multiple time zones. You will be responsible for guiding projects from ideation through production readiness balancing creativity with commercial needs while ensuring each product meets rigorous brand standards.
What you bring:
To excel as a Product Development Coordinator, you will bring proven experience from roles involving licensing or manufacturing within fashion-forward consumer goods sectors. Your background should include hands-on involvement in taking products from concept through production demonstrating an understanding of both creative direction and technical feasibility.
- A minimum of 4-7 years’ experience in licensing, manufacturing or consumer product design within Fashion, Homeware, Food, Beauty or Care sectors is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end product development processes including CAD creation, sample review, packaging design and production readiness.
- Proven track record of working with licensed entertainment products or similar branded merchandise environments.
- Exceptional design skills supported by proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of InDesign, Keynote, PowerPoint, Word and Excel is highly desirable.
