Specialist Support Officer
Start Date: ASAP (pending background checks)
End Date: 6 months from start date
📍 Milsons Point Office / Hybrid work pattern
We’re seeking a Specialist Support Officer to join a fast‑paced, high‑volume contact centre on a contract basis.
You’ll provide first‑contact resolution across phone, live chat and administrative channels, process Tier 0 and Tier 1 transactions, and deliver accurate, customer‑focused service while meeting performance and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Resolving customer enquiries across multiple channels
- Processing transactions accurately using defined procedures and systems
- Identifying and escalating issues, service disruptions and trends
- Managing multiple systems simultaneously and meeting individual KPIs
- Contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
Contract details:
- Rate: $330 + super per day
- Hours: Up to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- Less than 6 hours = half day
- No overtime paid
