What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Supporting the assessment and coordination of claims ✔ Providing advice and ensuring accurate, timely outcomes ✔ Working closely with internal stakeholders ✔ Contributing to a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment

What Helps You Stand Out

✨ Experience in claims management or a similar advisory role (advantageous, not essential) ✨ Strong communication and problem‑solving skills ✨ Ability to manage competing priorities ✨ Must reside in NSW for the duration of the contract

Mandatory Checks

• Right to work in Australia

• Two reference checks

• Police check (if required)

• Acceptance of NSW Government Code of Conduct
