Senior IT Project Manager

You will take ownership of end‑to‑end project delivery, leading initiatives that modernise critical systems, improve operational efficiency, and enable better services for customers and the community. The role involves close engagement with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams in an integration‑heavy enterprise environment.

You will also play a key role in shaping business cases, influencing executive decisions, and ensuring solutions are delivered in line with defined outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology and business projects
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear, executable delivery plans
• Drive scope clarity, decision‑making, and accountability across diverse stakeholders
• Manage integration‑heavy environments involving enterprise platforms and third‑party vendors
• Focus on delivering business outcomes, not just technical outputs
• Identify delivery risks early and take decisive action to course‑correct

About You

• 10+ years’ experience delivering large‑scale, complex IT and business transformation projects
• End to end delivery experience is mandatory
• Strong business acumen with proven experience shaping and delivering business cases
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and navigate complex stakeholder environments
• Experience operating across both strategic planning and hands‑on delivery
• Strong scope, risk, and dependency management capabilities
• Comfortable working in structured delivery environments and enterprise settings
