General Manager, Product and Operations
Shape customer, operational and maintenance frameworks for High Speed Rail. Lead demand forecasting, service design and procurement strategy, ensuring compliant, customer-focused delivery of a world-class rail service.
General Manager, Property & Place
Direct property acquisition and precinct planning for a world-class high speed rail network. Lead land strategy, due diligence and placemaking, balancing commercial outcomes with long-term community and regional value.
General Manager, Legal - Construction
Lead legal strategy across major rail construction programs. Oversee procurement, contracting and commercial structuring, manage claims and disputes, and provide authoritative advice on risk and compliance to support safe, timely delivery of complex infrastructure.
Project Director - Area Package 1&3
Lead procurement, design, construction and handover of major civil works packages. Oversee delivery partner integration, commercial performance and stakeholder management to achieve safe, high-quality outcomes on a nationally significant project.
Project Director - Train Systems & System Integration
Lead strategy and delivery for major rolling stock and rail systems programs. Direct systems integration, engineering assurance and supplier performance, ensuring safe, interoperable outcomes and successful entry into service.

Affairs
