Senior mental health and wellbeing advisor
A strategic opportunity to shape workplace mental health and psychosocial risk at enterprise level. You’ll provide specialist advice, influence senior stakeholders and lead evidence-based interventions that turn risk insights into meaningful action. Working across Wellbeing, Safety and the broader business, you’ll help embed best practice, strengthen systems and drive sustainable change across a complex global organisation.
Sitting within a Wellbeing & Safety Centre of Excellence, the Senior Mental Health & Wellbeing Advisor will operate as a trusted subject-matter expert, partnering with senior leaders, Executive and Culture teams to strengthen the organisation’s approach to psychosocial risk, mental health and employee wellbeing.
The organisation has recently completed a three-year mental health and wellbeing roadmap, with the focus now firmly on execution — translating the priorities identified through the roadmap and a recent enterprise psychosocial risk audit into meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
This is a role for someone who can move confidently between strategy, systems and delivery — providing expert advice, influencing stakeholders and ensuring recommendations translate into action.
You’ll be curious, credible and commercially minded, with the confidence to challenge constructively, influence without hierarchy and turn recommendations into action.
This role will suit someone who wants to embed themselves in a business, build trusted relationships and own outcomes end-to-end.
It is not an operational case-management or traditional consulting role. It’s an opportunity to shape enterprise-level mental health and psychosocial risk priorities and deliver meaningful, lasting change.
