At Robert Walters, we’re on the hunt for a Manager to take the reins of our thriving Finance & Accounting Recruitment Team in Sydney. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity, perfect for someone looking to step into a role with real influence, fast-moving work, and long-term growth. You’ll manage a high-performing team and work closely with your Director to drive the strategy for growth in this space.

What you'll be doing?

- Manage your own desk and deliver high-quality hires for FS clients
- Lead and coach your team, and drive performance across your P&L
- Partner with the Directors on divisional planning and strategy
- Build on existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities to grow market share
