You’ll manage a high-performing team and work closely with your Director to drive the strategy for growth in this space.

What you'll be doing?

- Manage your own desk and deliver high-quality hires for FS clients
- Lead and coach your team, and drive performance across your P&L
- Partner with the Directors on divisional planning and strategy
- Build on existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities to grow market share
