Our Sydney office is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Government Technology team.

This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of an established contract desk recruiting tech roles including Infrastructure Engineers, Cyber Security professionals and other in-demand technology talent across NSW State Government and Federal Government.

What you'll be doing?

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a portfolio of government technology roles, including:

-Building and managing relationships with government clients and TA teams
-Recruiting and placing Infrastructure, Cyber Security and broader technology professionals
-Managing contractors throughout their assignments
-Growing and maintaining a high-value contract book
-Partnering with an established team to maximise existing opportunities and relationships

What we're looking for?

We're keen to speak with recruiters who have:

-Experience recruiting within government or experience in another compliance heavy environment
-A track record of delivering in a fast-paced environment
-Strong candidate and client relationship skills
-An interest in Technology recruitment
-The drive to build a successful contract recruitment desk
