Robert Walters are partnering with a leading medical technology business assisting them to find an In House Lawyer to join their global team with a focus on ANZ.

The role will provide broad legal and compliance support across the business and offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and commercial operations within a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Privacy and commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation.
• Supporting contracting activities with corporate accounts
• Providing general legal and compliance support across the ANZ business
• Drafting and reviewing policies and procedures
• Partnering with internal stakeholders and leadership teams on a range of legal matters

Requirements for the role:

• 3–6 Years Post Admission Experience (PAE)
• Experience gained within private practice or an in-house environment
• General Legal expertise with background a Corporate or Commercial
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confident working across a broad range of matters and stepping into new areas
