Early Careers Consultant – Contract

Location: Sydney CBD Rate: $45–$50 per hour + super Contract Length: Approx. 4 months Start: ASAP Hybrid: 60% office / 40% WFH

We’re seeking an experienced Early Careers Consultant to support high‑volume student and graduate recruitment. You’ll partner with stakeholders, run events, manage campaigns and deliver engaging programs for emerging talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end‑to‑end Early Careers recruitment

• Engage with universities, careers fairs and student events

• Coordinate programs, events and stakeholder communications

• Screen, interview, calibrate and negotiate offers

• Build and manage talent pipelines

About You:

• Early Careers recruitment experience (essential)

• Professional services or legal background (advantageous)

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
