Litigation Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded legal practice.

This role will suit a confident and proactive litigation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience supporting complex litigation matters from commencement through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing litigation documentation and court filings
• Drafting, reviewing and maintaining detailed chronologies
• Managing subpoenas, document production and discovery processes
• Liaising with clients, barristers, courts and external stakeholders
• Assisting solicitors with front-end litigation matters and case preparation
• Maintaining accurate file management and legal records
• Coordinating deadlines and ensuring compliance with court requirements
• Supporting matters across a range of litigation disputes

About You

• Previous experience working within litigation as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• Strong experience preparing chronologies and managing subpoenas
• Exposure to front-end litigation matters is essential
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and competing priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
