Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working within a close-knit, supportive Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of marketing campaigns and events across the organisation.
This role suits a motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision while thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and executing marketing and promotional plans
- Coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to build brand awareness and drive traffic
- Managing and monitoring marketing channels including website, EDMs, social media and advertising
- Creating engaging content for print, digital, social and email marketing
- Supporting brand consistency through content, design standards, and brand assets
- Collaborating with suppliers, media partners, and service providers to deliver marketing collateral on time and within budget
- Assisting with campaign budgets and reporting on marketing spend and effectiveness
- Monitoring performance metrics, analysing results and providing insights and recommendations
- Supporting sponsorship programs, community engagement initiatives, and key events
- Assisting with general marketing tasks and collaborating across teams and business units
Key requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline
- 1-2 years’ marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
- A positive, creative, and proactive “can-do” attitude
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously and collaboratively
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience using Content Management Systems, social media management tools, and website operating platforms
