Producer, Associate - 12 month FTC

About the role

You'll be joining a growing team that supports all things digital content, streaming, entertainment. This team ensures the delivery of high-quality viewer experiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves live content, and enjoys bringing creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of tentpole events, from developing the strategy to developing repeatable formats to troubleshooting and scheduling.
• Support onsite event execution and talent coordination for key activations
• Work across various teams to bring programming concepts to life
• Create lineups that build and retain audiences, maximising traffic to their platform
• Report on events and campaigns to understand ROI and identify optimisation opportunities

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with production management; the organised multi-tasker and "I've got it" one
• An intentional and creative mind for live production, content coordination, event production, creator partnerships, social media productions
• Familiarity with livestream production tools, social content workflows, or creator ecosystems
• Great communication skills, you'll need to communicate between creative, technical and business teams and act as the SME for the campaigns you are driving
• Passionate about live streaming, digital media and internet culture
