Marketing Coordinator - Graduate Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Administrator plays a key role in supporting and executing marketing activity across Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience within a high-performing, collaborative marketing team in a global organisation.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. You’ll support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns amongst various ad hoc tasks, giving you the opportunity to hone in on your strengths and explore different channels of interest.

Key Requirements

  • 0–2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (internships included)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
  • Basic design capability using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with marketing tools/platforms advantageous
  • Comfortable using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and events, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
  • Create and edit engaging content across multiple channels, including social media posts, blogs, website updates etc.
  • Research, draft, and refine longer-form content pieces such as articles, thought leadership, and campaign assets
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare metrics reports with insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple offices to support localised marketing needs
