Our client is a growing WA-based business delivering specialist services across infrastructure, energy and major project environments. Known for building strong client relationships and delivering quality outcomes, the business is entering an exciting growth phase with plans to expand market presence and strengthen long-term partnerships.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a growing WA-based business operating across infrastructure, energy and major project environments.

This is a true growth role focused on creating new relationships, opening doors and converting opportunities into measurable commercial outcomes. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships and generating long-term revenue growth.

Working closely with leadership, you’ll be given the autonomy to own your market, build your pipeline and execute growth initiatives with real visibility and influence.

We are seeking someone with an established network across construction, infrastructure, energy or adjacent sectors who knows how to turn relationships into commercial success.

This opportunity offers flexibility and may be considered either full-time or approximately 25 hours per week for the right individual.

With a competitive base package and highly attractive commission structure, realistic on-target earnings of circa $300,000 are achievable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new client relationships and create commercial opportunities across target markets
  • Leverage existing networks to secure introductions, open doors and accelerate growth
  • Develop and execute business development strategies focused on long-term revenue generation
  • Convert opportunities into sustainable commercial outcomes and client partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships across key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Identify market opportunities and expand presence across existing and new sectors
  • Operate autonomously and take ownership of activity, pipeline and performance
  • Work closely with leadership to influence growth strategy and business direction

About You

  • Proven success delivering business growth and commercial outcomes
  • Strong existing network across construction, infrastructure, energy or related industries
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and win work
  • Comfortable operating autonomously with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Commercially minded with strong influencing and relationship-building capability
  • Motivated by growth, outcomes and the opportunity to make a visible impact
