The Opportunity
An opportunity now exists for an Equipment Lead to join a collaborative, high-performing corporate team based in Brisbane, near Central Station. Reporting to the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager, this role will see you managing the end-to-end lifecycle of equipment and infrastructure supporting regional operations across Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage the lifecycle of equipment and infrastructure supporting regional operations
- Coordinate service providers, including onboarding, performance management, and compliance
- Support equipment deployment, installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards are met
- Identify equipment issues and support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate asset records and ensure audit-ready documentation
- Provide clear, practical guidance to operators and service providers across regional sites
About You

- Experience in logistics, equipment operations, infrastructure, or waste management environments
- Hands-on involvement in equipment deployment, installation, or field service coordination
- Working knowledge of WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR/HVNL), and environmental compliance
- Strong stakeholder and contractor coordination skills
- Clear communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical guidance
- Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining asset and service records
- Ability to work independently across regional and remote locations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A current QLD driver’s licence and flexibility to travel
You will also be required to obtain and maintain a satisfactory criminal history check.
