Robert Walters is partnering with 2 innovative technology companies in the CBD of Sydney. They are looking for Contract Managers with proven experience across technology & digital contract renewals, and a passion for new technologies & AI to join their team.

2x Contract Manager - ICT

• Sydney CBD
• 6mth contract | Pays up to $950 a day + super
• Permanent role | Pays up to $210k + super

The roles suit a commercially astute professional with strong negotiation capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience managing complex technology and supplier agreements in a fast-paced environment

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technology and vendor contracts.
• Review, assess, and monitor contract performance against agreed deliverables and KPIs.
• Lead contract renewal activities, including negotiations and commercial evaluations.
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes, cost efficiencies, and service delivery.
• Partner with internal stakeholders.
• Support contract negotiations, amendments, variations, and dispute resolution activities.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, reporting, and governance processes.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

About you:

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Law, Procurement or another relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in contract management, commercial management or procurement across technology & digital.
• Strong understanding of technology contracts, SaaS agreements, software licensing, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication & engagement skills
