What you'll do:
As a Senior Business Analyst Workday Financial Management, you will be instrumental in supporting a largescale transformation programme by translating strategic objectives into robust functional requirements. - Translate complex transformation objectives into clear, actionable Workday Financial functional requirements that drive programme success.
- Elicit, document, and validate both current and future-state processes through comprehensive end-to-end process mapping.
- Produce detailed functional designs and solution options that are aligned with Workday capabilities and organisational constraints.
- Identify and recommend process improvements across Core Financials, Expenses, Financial Planning, and Projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, technical teams, and implementation vendors to deliver collaborative outcomes.
- Support project scope management using tools such as Jira and Signavio, including clarifying in-scope items and assessing change impacts.
- Own workstream deliverables by ensuring quality assurance standards are met and securing business sign-off on key milestones.
- Manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), escalating matters where required to maintain project integrity.
- Prioritise tasks effectively to deliver work in line with programme timelines and interdependencies.
- Work collaboratively with change and impact teams to assess and manage the business impacts of changes throughout the project lifecycle.

- Hands-on knowledge spanning core and adjacent Workday Financial Management modules such as Core Financials, Expenses, Financial Planning, and Projects.
- Strong ability to produce high-quality functional designs, process maps, and solution options tailored to organisational needs.
- Effective stakeholder engagement skills demonstrated by successful collaboration with senior leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), vendors, and technical teams.
