Change Manager – Large Scale Transformation | Banking

We’re partnering with a leading Big 4 Bank who are undergoing significant, multi-year transformation programs across core banking, customer platforms, and operational processes.

The Role:
You’ll sit within a major transformation program, working across business and technology to drive change strategy, influence stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. Expect to operate across multiple workstreams with strong visibility to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies across complex banking programs
  • Assess change impacts and define structured approaches to support business readiness
  • Partner with product, technology, and delivery teams to embed change into delivery outcomes
  • Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and SMEs across the organisation
  • Lead communication, engagement, and training initiatives to support adoption
  • Identify risks and resistance points, implementing mitigation strategies to drive successful change outcomes
  • Support the design of future-state operating models and ways of working
  • Track and report on change adoption, business readiness, and benefits realisation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager within banking or financial services
  • Track record working on large-scale transformation programs (core banking, digital, regulatory, or platform-led change)
  • Strong change capability – impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption strategies
  • Confident stakeholder manager – able to challenge, influence, and bring people on the journey
  • Experience working across both business and technology teams

If you have experience working in the following areas, we would be particularly interested in talking to you:

  1. Financial Crime
  2. Global Economic Resilience or Crisis
  3. M&A/Integration
