Junior PMO Analyst/Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior PMO Analyst / PMO Coordinator to join a growing Project Delivery function within a large, purpose-driven organisation undergoing significant digital transformation.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to take the next step in their PMO career and gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of enterprise technology projects while working alongside experienced Project Managers, Business Analysts and delivery professionals.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Director of Project Delivery, you will play a key role in supporting project governance, reporting, financial tracking, resource management and PMO framework adoption across a varied portfolio of strategic initiatives.
This is not a traditional PMO role. The team is looking for someone who can combine strong PMO administration and analysis capabilities with light project coordination responsibilities, helping to drive consistency, visibility and delivery outcomes across multiple programs of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project governance processes, reporting and portfolio administration
- Assist with project financial tracking, budgeting and forecasting activities
- Coordinate resource planning and capacity reporting
- Maintain project documentation, registers and reporting dashboards
- Support project and portfolio leadership with status reporting and executive updates
- Assist with embedding and improving PMO frameworks, standards and processes
- Facilitate project meetings, actions, risks and dependency management
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO function
About You
We are seeking an adaptable and resilient PMO professional who thrives in evolving environments and enjoys helping organisations improve delivery maturity and project governance.

Desired Experience
- 1-4 years' experience within a PMO, Project Coordination or Project Support environment
- Exposure to IT, technology or digital transformation projects
- Experience preparing project and portfolio reporting
- Understanding of project governance frameworks and delivery methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong documentation, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
