Program Manager – Large Scale Transformation | Banking

We’re partnering with a leading Big 4 Bank who are undergoing significant, multi-year transformation programs across core banking, customer platforms, and operational processes.

The Role:
You’ll lead within a major transformation program, driving delivery across multiple workstreams while aligning business and technology outcomes to strategic objectives. Expect to operate with high levels of autonomy and visibility, engaging regularly with senior leadership and steering committees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery across large-scale transformation programs within complex banking environments
• Oversee multiple project streams, ensuring alignment to program objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Drive program governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology
• Ensure delivery outcomes align to strategic priorities and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including project managers, BAs, and delivery leads
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across the program lifecycle
• Support the design and execution of target operating models and business change initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager within banking or financial services
• Strong track record delivering large-scale transformation programs (core banking, digital, regulatory, or platform-led change)
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stream programs with competing priorities
• Strong governance, financial management, and reporting capability
• Excellent stakeholder management skills - able to influence at executive level and drive outcomes
• Experience working across both business and technology teams
