Senior Project Manager - Technical

Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a critical regulatory compliance initiative within a superannuation fund environment. This is a technically complex project driven by new legislation coming into effect from 1 July, requiring changes to how data is sent from internal systems to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project from early discovery and business case development through to delivery
• Experience working with C-Suite and executive leadership to align priorities and secure decision‑making
• Experience with regulated compliance projects within the superannuation / financial services sector
• Oversee changes to data reporting and integration processes between internal systems and ATO systems
• Address and remediate manual, restrictive and fault‑prone processes currently used to send contribution and registry data
• Establish a clear delivery structure where project and risk management maturity is still evolving
• Ensure regulatory obligations are met under new legislation effective 1 July
• Actively manage complex stakeholder expectations and keep senior stakeholders engaged and confident
• Drive clarity and progress in an environment with uncertainty, competing priorities and evolving scope
• Partner with technical teams while maintaining a strong business and regulatory focus
