Senior Technical Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Senior Technical Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex cybersecurity, infrastructure, telecommunications and enterprise technology programs. The Opportunity

Reporting into senior technology leadership, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple technology and cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.

You will operate at the intersection of technology, security, governance and business transformation, partnering with engineering, architecture, operations, vendors and executive stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex ICT, telecommunications and cybersecurity projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, dependencies and resource planning.
• Drive Agile delivery practices including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe ceremonies while applying Waterfall methodologies where appropriate.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees and executive reporting.
• Maintain RAID registers, project dashboards and delivery documentation.
• Manage vendor relationships, commercial engagements and third-party delivery partners.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, architecture and operational teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
• Provide leadership across matrix teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery frameworks, governance standards and project execution practices.

About You

You are a technically capable project delivery professional who understands both the strategic and operational aspects of delivering complex technology programs.

You will bring:

• 7+ years' experience delivering enterprise technology, infrastructure, telecommunications and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls, network infrastructure, security operations and systems integration.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong Agile delivery expertise across Scrum, Kanban and SAFe environments.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence and modern project governance tools.
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, forecasts, risks and executive reporting.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience working with Finance, Procurement and Legal teams.

Highly Regarded

• Experience within telecommunications, large enterprise or complex technology environments.
• Exposure to SIEM platforms, security analytics, automation or detection engineering initiatives.
• Enterprise change management experience.
• Experience engaging with executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, Scrum Master or SAFe.
• Cybersecurity certifications.
