Senior Project Manager

An established professional organisation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale website redevelopment as part of a broader digital transformation program. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a critical workstream, transitioning to a modern CMS platform (Optimizely) and improving overall user experience.

You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the web project, working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and delivery partners to ensure successful implementation within the wider program framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a website redevelopment project within a larger program of work
• Manage implementation of the Optimizely platform, including integrations and data migration
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and digital partners
• Report into the Program Manager, ensuring alignment with broader program objectives
• Oversee timelines, budgets, RAID management, and governance
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
• Ensure smooth testing, deployment, and transition to BAU

About You

• Proven experience delivering website or digital platform projects within large programs
• Strong understanding of CMS platforms (Optimizely highly regarded)
• Experience working in structured program environments, reporting to senior leadership
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data migration
• Highly organised with a strong delivery focus
• Experience in a mix of both public and private sector organisations is highly regarded
