Project Manager - NPD

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading moderate to complex projects from initiation through to delivery. You'll partner closely with teams across Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new product development and cross-functional projects from initiation through to commercialisation.
• Develop project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.
• Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare and present project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
• Drive collaboration, accountability, and alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives relating to project management processes and operational effectiveness.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Project Management experience within a regulated, complex, or highly technical environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience managing project plans, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Highly Regarded

• Experience within the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or related industries.
• PMP certification.
• Experience leading New Product Development (NPD) projects.
• Exposure to Lean methodologies, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
