Retail Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives across IT, retail, logistics, finance, and e-commerce functions.

Reporting to the Global Head of IT, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from discovery, requirements gathering, and business analysis through to implementation, change management, and post-project review. You will partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs, define future-state processes, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple business functions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and system integration partners.
• Drive change management activities and user adoption of new systems and processes.
• Continuously improve project management methodologies and delivery practices.
