Account Manager

From rare finds to everyday essentials, the platform turns inventory into opportunity and clicks into commerce — fast, secure, borderless trading built for the modern internet economy. The Role: They're now seeking an Account Manager (growth advisor) to join their Sydney team. Please note you must have the right to work in Australia. Hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office.
Overview:
- Support small–medium business sellers to grow on a global digital marketplace.
- Provide strategic, data-led guidance to improve listings, performance and revenue.
- Manage a portfolio of sellers, identifying growth opportunities and driving execution.
Seller Support & Enablement
- Deliver 1:1 consultations to understand seller goals, challenges and opportunities.
- Coach sellers to optimise listings, marketing activity and overall account health.
- Promote adoption of platform tools, campaigns and promotional calendars.
Strategy & Growth
- Build tailored growth plans aligned to market trends and seller objectives.
- Identify expansion opportunities across products, categories and audiences.
- Track performance and drive progress against agreed growth targets.
Relationship Management
- Act as primary contact for assigned sellers, building trusted partnerships.
- Run regular check-ins, feedback sessions and ongoing performance support.
- Champion seller feedback internally to improve platform experience.
Insights & Analysis
- Analyse performance data to uncover risks and growth opportunities.
- Share actionable insights, reports and best practice with sellers.
- Contribute to seller education through resources and workshops.
What You Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in eCommerce, sales, trading or SMB environments.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of hitting targets.
- Excellent analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
