Business Development Manager

What you'll do:
As a Business Development Manager, you will immerse yourself in understanding client challenges by engaging directly with senior stakeholders across major legal and professional services organisations.
- Lead discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to identify workflow challenges and uncover improvement opportunities tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Develop clear, outcome-focused value propositions centred on enhancing productivity, managing risk, and improving performance for enterprise customers.
- Act as the commercial lead throughout the entire sales life-cycle, ensuring seamless progression from initial engagement through to deal closure.
What you bring:
To excel as a Business Development Manager in this environment, your background should reflect substantial experience managing sophisticated solution sales cycles within enterprise settings, ideally involving SaaS or AI-driven products.
- Demonstrated 7–10 year's experience achieving success in complex enterprise or platform-based solution sales environments within technology-driven sectors.
- Proven track record of closing deals with senior economic buyers that result in measurable long-term value for both clients and your organisation.
- Experience navigating ambiguous or rapidly evolving markets where new sales approaches must be developed collaboratively from inception.
- Strong familiarity with SaaS platforms, AI-enabled technologies, or legal/professional services technology solutions relevant to large-scale enterprises.
