With a strong focus on innovation, my client combines advanced analytics, AI and extensive data sources to help customers reduce risk, improve productivity and streamline critical decision-making The Role: They are now seeking a Business Development Manager. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving growth through complex, enterprise-level solution sales. The position plays a key role in shaping how advanced workflow solutions are positioned, sold and scaled across priority legal and professional services customers in the APAC region. The position leads high-impact commercial opportunities that demand deep customer engagement, strong multi-stakeholder alignment and a focus on long-term value creation. Operating with significant autonomy, the successful candidate will partner closely with customers and internal teams to move strategic opportunities from early discovery through to close, while turning successful deals into repeatable sales approaches.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Executive Engagement & Value Creation


  • Lead discovery with senior stakeholders to uncover workflow challenges and improvement opportunities
  • Build clear, outcome-focused value propositions centred on productivity, risk and performance
  • Act as the commercial lead across the full sales lifecycle

Enterprise Deal Leadership


  • Orchestrate complex pursuits across sales, solutions, product, enablement and marketing teams
  • Shape pursuit strategy, build cross-functional deal teams and sustain momentum across long sales cycles
  • Deliver high-impact executive presentations that translate workflow insight into commercial outcomes

Market Growth & Enablement


  • Research priority prospects and design account strategies to open senior relationships
  • Co-create firm-specific pitch assets with marketing and strategy teams for partner and C-suite audiences
  • Develop repeatable workflow sales plays and embed them into wider sales enablement

Product & Business Feedback


  • Maintain strong knowledge of the product portfolio and future roadmap
  • Provide structured feedback on customer needs, workflows and product opportunities
  • Ensure disciplined CRM usage, data integrity and clear pipeline visibility



Skills and Experience:

Background:


  • 7–10 years’ success in complex, enterprise or platform-based solution sales
  • Proven track record closing senior economic buyer deals with measurable, long-term value
  • Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving markets where sales approaches are being built from the ground up
  • Strong familiarity with SaaS, AI-enabled solutions, and legal or professional services technology
