About the Role.
Step into a pivotal Front of House Administrator position where you will be the face and energy of a dynamic Melbourne office. You will shape every first impression, delivering a polished, seamless, and genuinely welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and colleagues. This is a role for someone who takes pride in excellence, thrives on variety, and enjoys being at the centre of a high-performing, people-first workplace.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Deliver a consistently warm, professional, and memorable front-of-house experience.
  • Manage meeting rooms end-to-end, ensuring flawless bookings, presentation, and readiness.
  • Coordinate catering and liaise with suppliers to execute meetings and events to a high standard.
  • Support the planning and delivery of internal events and office activations.
  • Maintain immaculate communal spaces, including meeting rooms, kitchens, and refreshment areas.
  • Oversee stock management with precision, ensuring spaces are always well-equipped and compliant.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support while collaborating seamlessly across teams.

About You.

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house, reception, or administrative role.
  • A natural relationship builder with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and presentation.
  • Confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable navigating digital platforms.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to step in and support others.
  • Calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused, even under pressure.
