A leading national business is seeking a Service Administrator to join their Brisbane team, with an exciting transition to Mansfield in mid-2026. This role offers you the chance to be at the heart of major commercial service accounts, ensuring that customer documentation and reporting are always accurate, timely, and complete.

What you'll do:

As a Service Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in keeping customer documentation and reporting on track for major service accounts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing customer portals, maintaining compliance records, assisting with job close-outs, and ensuring all reporting requirements are met. You will work collaboratively with service managers and technicians to ensure information flows smoothly behind the scenes. Success in this role requires you to be highly organised, responsive, and committed to accuracy. You will be instrumental in supporting both operational efficiency and client satisfaction by making sure everything is documented correctly and delivered on schedule. Your ability to keep information accessible across systems will help drive the team's effectiveness as the business transitions offices in 2026.

What you bring:

Your background as a Service Administrator or document controller equips you with the practical knowledge required for this role. You bring proven experience managing complex documentation processes within commercial settings—ideally within service or construction industries—which allows you to understand the importance of compliance records and timely reporting. Your exceptional organisational skills mean you never let important details slip through unnoticed. You excel at following up outstanding items with colleagues in a considerate manner that encourages cooperation rather than conflict. Your confidence using multiple systems ensures you can adapt quickly as technology evolves or as the business transitions offices. Interpersonal skills are key; your ability to connect with others helps maintain smooth workflows even during busy periods. Above all else, your commitment to accuracy ensures that every piece of information is reliable when accessed by clients or internal stakeholders.
