You will be instrumental in supporting facilities services, maintaining rigorous compliance with health and safety standards, and coordinating essential maintenance activities. What you'll do:

As a Facilities Coordinator based in Brisbane CBD, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where your ability to manage multiple priorities will be key. Your days will be filled with varied responsibilities ranging from overseeing contractor activities to supporting financial processes such as purchase orders and invoicing. You will play an integral role in maintaining compliance with stringent HSE standards by conducting regular inspections and ensuring all documentation is meticulously maintained. Your collaborative spirit will shine as you liaise with building management teams, coordinate maintenance schedules, and respond swiftly to service requests.
