Clerical Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a highly respected organisation in Melbourne. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of office functions, supporting consultants and managers, and maintaining positive relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders. This role is a 6 month contract with potential to extend. The role is based in Melbourne CBD and offers hybrid-working.
What you’ll do
As an Administrator in Melbourne, you’ll keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting consultants, managers, and clients. You’ll juggle competing priorities, manage key admin processes, and act as a reliable point of contact—ensuring work is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
- Deliver responsive, high-quality support via shared mailboxes and task systems
- Provide accurate admin support, including case notes and billing
- Coordinate team meetings that promote transparency and collaboration
- Support onboarding and development of new staff
- Allocate work to meet productivity targets and manage team workflows
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain compliance across WHS, privacy, and operational policies
- Support client relationships and contribute to account growth
- Resolve client issues efficiently and maintain accurate records
- Conduct audits and support quality assurance initiatives

- Significant experience in Administration
- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
- Strong IT skills, including case management systems (e.g. Vinci)
