We are thrilled to partner with a client in the medico-legal industry to support them in finding a senior administrator/front of house.
We are thrilled to partner with a well-established medico-legal organisation to recruit a Senior Administrator.
Reporting to the Senior Practice Manager and joining a close-knit support team, you will play a key role in coordinating medico-legal matters and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy professional services environment.
This is not a traditional medical administration role. While the organisation works closely with medical specialists, the position is centred around stakeholder management, workflow coordination, client service and administration across a diverse range of medico-legal matters involving solicitors, insurers, government agencies and private individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming enquiries from solicitors, insurers, government agencies, medical specialists and clients via phone and email.
- Coordinating medico-legal matters from referral through to completion
- Gathering and assessing information to ensure matters are directed appropriately
- Liaising with a broad range of stakeholders in a professional, empathetic and efficient manner
- Tracking workflows, deadlines and report progress across multiple matters
- Managing documentation, correspondence and administrative processes
- Appointment coordination and diary management
- Accounts follow-up (non-clinical)
- Supporting clients through what can often be sensitive, complex or challenging circumstances
- Providing exceptional client service while remaining calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
We are looking for:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Outlook)
- Experience using Zoom, Teams, SharePoint and Dropbox
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- A calm, resilient and emotionally mature approach
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Experience within legal administration, insurance, workers compensation, claims management, medico-legal, professional services or corporate administration will be highly regarded
