We’re seeking a proactive Business Development Coordinator to support a busy sales team in a contemporary furniture and homewares environment.
What you’ll do

Phone‑based business development: reactivating customers, booking appointments, generating leads
-
Support BDMs with quotes, tenders, presentations and mood boards
-
Maintain CRM records and meet call/appointment KPIs
-
Provide admin support and assist clients in the showroom
What you bring

Strong phone‑based sales or customer service experience

Confident communicator with great relationship‑building skills

Solid admin capability and ability to work at pace

KPI‑driven, organised and proactive
