This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and collaborative workplace. You will play a key role in supporting various teams through efficient administrative processes and documentation management. The organisation fosters a positive and inclusive environment built on values such as integrity, respect, accountability, and enthusiasm. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and are passionate about delivering high-quality service, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while upskilling.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the organisation’s operations run smoothly. • Manage correspondence with clients or external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Support teams by preparing client information, reports, and other necessary documentation.
  • Compile reports, update internal systems, and maintain accurate records for operational use.
  • Assist with document preparation and coordinate follow-ups with relevant parties as needed.
  • Provide general office support by professionally answering calls, coordinating the booking and setup of meeting rooms, and offering assistance to other teams as needed.
  • Organise and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained and replenished when required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodation, for team members as necessary.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately while adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels to promote collaboration and seamless communication.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has experience in administration or customer service within a professional setting. You are highly organised, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple priorities without compromising quality. Your attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality ensure tasks are handled with precision and care.

  • Adaptability helps in confidently responding to shifting demands or priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset fosters teamwork and supports cooperation among colleagues.
  • A client-focused approach ensures stakeholder needs are met with care and professionalism.
