Urgent short term hire: Temporary EA role required to support a Higher Education institution!
Temporary Executive Assistant – Faculty of Arts
We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Dean within a Faculty of Arts at a large tertiary institution.
📍 Working Pattern: Onsite 4 days, WFH Fridays
📅 Contract: 6 weeks (inclusive of handover)
🚀 Start date: 4th May
💰 Rate: $60 per hour + superannuation
About the role
Provide high-level EA support to the Dean
Manage a busy inbox and prioritise executive correspondence
Liaise with senior stakeholders across the organisation
Assist with reports, written correspondence and executive coordination
About you
EA experience in a large, complex environment desirable - higher education is a plus!
Strong written communication skills
Confident, proactive and highly organised
Intermediate Excel skills (spreadsheets, basic analysis, pivot tables)
Comfortable managing competing priorities
🕘 Working Hours: 8:30–4:30 or 9:00–5:00 with flexibility
