Receptionist / Admin Assistant
We are seeking a Workplace Assistant to join a prestigious global investment bank located in the heart of Sydney CBD. This role is perfect for candidates with experience in reception, hospitality, or corporate services who are looking to take the next step in their career. As the face of a boutique office, you will deliver exceptional client service while supporting daily operations and workplace initiatives.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced position where you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and employees alike. You’ll manage front-of-house operations, coordinate meeting rooms and events, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception and create a positive first impression for all visitors
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering arrangements, and AV setup
- Provide support for onboarding processes, office events, and general operations
- Handle guest services and assist with day-to-day administration tasks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless office functionality
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in reception, hospitality, or corporate services
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A team-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service

- This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering $35-37 p/h + super initially, with the potential to transition into a permanent role with a salary of $70,000 – $75,000 + super
